Responsibilities of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

• Perform daily maintenance and manage the PPM system.
• Maintain plant safety, efficiency, and operational continuity.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Assist with installation and implementation of capital projects when required.
• Follow relevant procedures and work collaboratively within the engineering team.
• Adhere to safety, health, environmental, and quality policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NVQ / C&G Level 3 or higher with a mechanical bias.
• Experience in manufacturing is beneficial.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics is preferred.
• Team-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship.

Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 3-shift pattern.
• Salary: £47,860 (including shift allowance).
• 1:3 weekend call-out, paid overtime.
