£41,945 to £48,287 including shift allowance plus benefits (£60,000 achievable subject to available overtime hours worked)

What's the mission?
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining site equipment and machinery. Main duties include fault diagnosis both mechanically and electrically, as well as routine maintenance.
Core Skills Required: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Machining, Fabricating, and basic electrical skills (contactors, relays, motors, etc.)
You will work a Continental 4 on 4 off shift pattern (06:30 am - 6:30 pm and 6:30 pm - 06:30 am).

What are the mission-critical skills?
The successful candidate will have several years' maintenance experience in a continuous process control industry, completed a relevant apprenticeship, and hold relevant electrical and mechanical qualifications.
Applicants should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. A solid understanding of engineering principles, good computer literacy, and excellent communication skills are essential.
