• Work with a team of mechanical and electrical engineers to keep the factory running smoothly.

Your Job As A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Will Include:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across FMCG production machinery.
• Mechanical fault-finding, breakdown repairs and general maintenance.
• MIG welding, fabrication and modification work on machinery and equipment.
• Supporting production operations to minimise downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
• Working alongside a team of mechanical and electrical engineers to keep the factory running efficiently.

As A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer You Will Have:

• Background as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Fitter or similar.
• Experience carrying out mechanical maintenance within a factory or manufacturing environment.
• MIG welding experience is essential.
• Experience with fabrication, machinery repairs and mechanical fault-finding.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Live commutable to Haverhill.
