Salary up to £39,000

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC faults, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Deliver exceptional service on-site, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience within the Facilities Management Sector
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and ideally relevant qualifications (e.g., F-Gas, City & Guilds).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
