Job Description

Mission:

• Maintain a safe & clean working environment at all times.
• Support and influence the company's total productive maintenance (TPM) program.
• Maintain all company assets and property as instructed.
• Transfer knowledge of maintenance techniques to support team autonomy.

Main Tasks:

Safety

• Respect company safety and ergonomic rules at all times.
• Always wear defined personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Identify safety risks & immediate notification to management to secure corrective action.
• Promote risk identification to ensure safety awareness.

Profit

• Ensure maintenance activities align with planned output.
• Participate in countermeasures for unplanned production events.
• Escalate issues impacting production promptly.
• Engage in productivity workshops to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Product

• Maintain all machinery at a top level.
• Implement countermeasures & corrective actions for equipment defects.
• Ensure maintenance meets quality & technical standards.
• Utilize maintenance task boards as instructed.
• Follow the TPM program.

Process

• Participate in daily production start-up & closure activities.
• Work additional hours as required and agreed.
• Support production shutdown periods.
• Participate in 5S workshops & zone audits.
• Perform cleaning & top-level maintenance of machinery.
• Operate forklift trucks & cranes as needed.
• Support other business needs when required.
