Job description

Mechanical (plumbing bias) Maintenance Engineer - South London

Join the team as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at an education site in South London.

Role: Maintain and repair mechanical systems through PPM and reactive maintenance.

Location: Static site, Central London.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

Salary: £40,000 per annum + optional overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PPM & reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and building services.
  • Maintaining and servicing pumps, motors, and other mechanical plant.
  • Fault-finding and repairs.
  • Ensure H&S compliance.
  • Liaising with a nd aist and contractors on-site.

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial maintenance experience.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing
