An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based across Central London and M25 has arisen.

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance across a contract in Central London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of servicing, repairing, and installing heating systems and plumbing works in various commercial settings.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant including pumps, motors, seals, bearings
• Perform plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets, replacing taps and washers
• Monitor BMS systems (hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update logbooks
• Follow Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
• Install and replace hot water cylinders, pipework, boilers; check and service mechanical & electrical equipment
• Manage priorities within contract constraints
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve goals
• Participate in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal hours
• Assist in pricing M&E works for minor projects and maintenance

Requirements
