  • Respond promptly and effectively to reactive maintenance tasks and fault calls across HVAC, heating, cooling, and domestic plumbing systems.

  • Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective repairs or temporary fixes to minimise downtime.

  • Perform routine inspections on plant equipment and building services to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues early.

  • Liaise with site management, tenants, and third-party contractors to deliver a high standard of service and compliance.

  • Maintain accurate records of all tasks carried out using the site CAFM system.

  • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health & safety regulations and site policies.

  • Support in system upgrades, small project works, and mechanical improvements where needed.

  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems, heating circuits, water systems, pressurisation units, and general plumbing.

  • F-Gas certification (beneficial but not essential).

  • A good understanding of health & safety regulations and safe working practices.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently with a proactive, can-do attitude.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Stable Monday-Friday working hours with no regular weekend work

  • Opportunities for training and development

  • A well-supported role within a high-profile estate environment
