Job summary

Rolls-Royce Defence Early Life Cycle seeks Mechanical Integrity & Analysis Engineers in Inchinnan to support current and future opportunities. You will contribute to structural and stress analysis, rotordynamics, lifing, durability and certification in a regulated aerospace environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical or Aerospace degree with experience in analytical engineering, fatigue, fracture mechanics and product integrity, working within security-clearance aware defence teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace or related field.
  • Experience in stress, integrity, lifing or analytical engineering disciplines.
  • Knowledge of fatigue, fracture mechanics, durability or structural assessment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Experience in regulated engineering environments is advantageous.

Mechanical Integrity & Analysis Engineers

Location: Inchinnan

Rolls-Royce is seeking experienced Mechanical Integrity & Analysis Engineers to support a range of current and future opportunities across our Defence business.

Our Mechanical Integrity teams provide the analytical expertise that underpins safe, reliable and robust aerospace products throughout the product lifecycle.

Working across product design, development and certification activities, these teams help ensure critical components and systems perform safely in some of the most demanding operating environments.

We are interested in hearing from engineers with experience in structural analysis, stress engineering, lifing, durability, rotordynamics and product integrity.

Eligibility & Requirements

To work for the Rolls-Royce Defence Early Life Cycle business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place.

Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets we can only progress applications from individuals who are a UK national or, in MoD approved cases, a dual national.

As part of our selection process, candidates in certain locations may be asked to complete an online assessment, which can include cognitive and behavioural aptitude testing relevant to the role. If required, full instructions for the next steps will be provided.
