Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter/Assembly Technician for our client, a leading manufacturer of rotating equipment. The role involves assembling and disassembling units from engineering drawings in a workshop setting, with components ranging from micro to large multi-part fabrications.

The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, the ability to interpret drawings, operate measuring equipment to tight tolerances, and perform strip inspections with root cause

Qualifications

• Excellent drawing interpretation and ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong manual dexterity and precision work.
• Good problem solving and attention to detail.
• Experience with measuring equipment and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble units from engineering drawings using components and sub-assemblies.
• Produce strip inspection reports and assist with root cause analysis when required.
• Use measuring equipment to ensure parts meet high tolerances and safety standards.
• Operate air-powered and electric tools in a safe manner.
