Job summary

The Right Hire Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our client's team on projects across Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to fresh water or wastewater systems and will be confident performing mechanical fitting and pipework installation on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter.
• Previous experience with fresh water or wastewater pipework is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.
• Relevant CSCS or site safety card, where required.

Responsibilities

• Installing, fitting and maintaining pipework for fresh water or wastewater systems.
• Carrying out mechanical fitting duties on site.
• Reading and working from engineering drawings where required.
• Installing, aligning and assembling pipework, fittings and associated components.
• Supporting maintenance, repair and installation works.
