Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Solid industry experience within a mechanical engineering environment.
• A passion for teaching and developing learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical lessons in mechanical engineering.
• Plan and prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and learning resources.
• Assess learner progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Support learners to develop skills and confidence for careers in the sector.
• Embed current industry practice into teaching.
