Qualifications

• Significant industry experience in electrical installation or maintenance.
• Electrical engineering qualification (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage learners.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering workshop-based lessons in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Demonstrating safe working practices and industry-standard techniques.
• Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Preparing learners for practical assessments and examinations.
• Maintaining a safe, well-organised workshop environment, including tools and equipment.
• Keeping up to date with industry standards and developments in electrical practice.
