Nala Global Ltd. seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to become a Mechanical Engineering Trainer at a Hull training centre. You will deliver practical and theoretical training to engineering apprentices and commercial learners, using real‑world experience to help learners build industry‑relevant skills.

No teaching experience is required; full support will help you gain teaching and assessing qualifications, with a strong benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification.
• Strong hands‑on Mechanical Engineering experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A genuine interest in helping develop the next generation of engineers.

Responsabilités

• Deliver practical and theoretical training to engineering apprentices and commercial learners.
• Use your real‑world engineering experience to help learners develop the skills they need to succeed within industry.
• Contribute to the transition from industry into education with full support to gain teaching and assessing qualifications.
