Job summary

Nala Global Ltd in Hull is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to move into a training role, delivering practical and theoretical training to engineering apprentices and commercial learners at a dedicated training centre.

You will use real-world engineering experience to help learners develop the skills needed to succeed in industry, with full support to gain teaching qualifications; Monday-Friday, no shifts, a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification.
• Strong hands-on Mechanical Engineering experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• A genuine interest in helping develop the next generation of engineers.
• Teaching or assessor qualifications are NOT required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical training to engineering apprentices and commercial learners.
• Use real-world engineering experience to help learners develop industry-ready skills.
• Based at a specialist engineering training centre in Hull.
