Job summary

First Military Recruitment Ltd in Hull is seeking a Mechanical Instructor to join an established engineering training organisation. You will deliver practical and theoretical mechanical training and support apprentices and adult learners in a hands-on environment.

This role suits an experienced Mechanical Engineer moving into training; teaching or assessor qualifications are desirable but not essential, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification.
• Relevant mechanical engineering industry experience.
• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance.
• Experience with lathes and milling machines.
• Hydraulics/pneumatics experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle essential.

Salary: £39,328 – £40,990 per annum

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Overview

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Instructor to join an established engineering training organisation in Hull.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking to move into training and education. Teaching or assessor qualifications are desirable but not essential, with full training provided.
