Job summary

Comxps Ltd on behalf of a Government Client seeks an engineering professional with a level 4+ qualification and EngTech registration. The role involves providing technical advice and delivering engineering outputs across multiple sites, including Merthyr Tydfil, Bristol, and remote work.

The assignment runs ASAP through 31 March 2027 with SC clearance required. Expect a hybrid pattern: 1 day on site in Merthyr Tydfil, 3 days on site in Bristol, and 1 day working from home, plus potential travel

Job description

Salary: £To be confirmed on application (our client has asked for this not to be advertised).

Location: Weekly working pattern (expectations). 1 days a week on site in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales. 3 day a week on site in Bristol. 1 day a week WFH. Plus, the ability to support Trials activity at other locations.

Essential Experience/Skills Requirement

• Hold a suitable Engineering qualification and level of training (at level 4 or greater).
• As a minimum be Professional Registered as an Engineering Technician (EngTech) or equivalent.
• Have experience of providing technical advice and delivery of successful engineering outputs.

Desired Experience/Skills Requirement

• Have experience of asset management and In-service military equipment.
• Experience of working on large complex engineering programmes.
• Experience of major large and diverse stakeholder groups.
