Job summary

Aldwych Consulting in Leicester is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their expanding team. You will work on mechanical building-services design across a varied UK portfolio, collaborating with engineers and directors to deliver robust solutions.

The role covers HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling and public health systems, taking projects through RIBA stages with support from an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Experience within Building Services or MEP design consultancy is essential.
• Experience with HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling systems is expected.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Delivering mechanical building-services design across a variety of projects.
• Producing mechanical designs, calculations, specifications, reports and technical drawings.
• Taking projects through RIBA stages from concept to construction.
• Working with electrical engineers, architects and other design consultants.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and project teams to ensure delivery.
