Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Plumbing Technician to work on site within a facilities management environment, delivering mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation for the FM client.

You will supervise contractors, monitor workmanship to standards, evaluate performance, and ensure proper servicing of equipment under contract. The role requires NVQ/City & Guilds in plumbing, CSCS, and rights to work in the UK, with typical hours Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
• Certifications and qualifications for this role, including CSCS.
• NVQ or City & Guilds in plumbing/mechanical services.
• Experience in Facilities Management.
• Ability to use electronic handheld devices.

About The Role

Days of Working: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00

Key Responsibilities

Key Hiring Criteria

• Applicant must have the right to work in the UK.
• Candidates must have the relevant certifications and qualifications required to meet the requirements of this position, together with relevant Grade Cards such as CSCS.
• NVQ or City & Guilds in plumbing/mechanical services.
• Previous experience working within Facilities Management.
• Ability to use electronic handheld devices.
