Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Maintenance Officer, Derry

We are hiring for a Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Maintenance Officer.

Locations: Belfast, Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Londonderry, Tyrone

Job Details:

• Demonstrable experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Design and Installation
• Respond promptly and effectively to urgent repair requests affecting mechanical, electrical systems, and infrastructure, including kitchen equipment, to minimize disruption
• Handle emergency maintenance and repairs for a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical Services installations and equipment to restore functionality promptly and safely
• Conduct regular site visits to address day-to-day maintenance issues and execute planned maintenance programs to prevent future problems
• Ensure all maintenance activities and installations comply with relevant regulations and legislation, with a strong focus on health and safety standards
