Job Description

• Demonstrable experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Design and Installation.
• Respond promptly and effectively to urgent repair requests affecting mechanical, electrical systems, and infrastructure, including kitchen equipment, to minimize disruption.
• Handle emergency maintenance and repairs for a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical Services installations and equipment, restoring functionality promptly and safely.
• Conduct regular site visits to address day-to-day maintenance issues and execute planned maintenance programs to prevent future problems.
• Ensure all maintenance activities and installations comply with relevant regulations and legislation, with a strong focus on health and safety standards.
