Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Fitter for a workshop-based role in Lancaster. You will assemble and install hardware to steel fabrications, wiring and servicing single- and three-phase systems.

Training and progression are offered, with regular overtime to boost earnings. The role suits candidates with a mechanical or electrical background who want to develop skills through hands-on projects and on-site problem solving.

£30,000 - £35,000 (£36,000 - £41,000 OTE) + Bonus + Overtime + Progression
