Danny Sullivan Group is recruiting an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Estimator for a London-based role with a strong order book through 2029. You will prepare detailed estimates for major MEP projects, review drawings and tender documentation, and liaise with clients and subcontractors to deliver competitive bids.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Estimator who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You will be involved in estimating major, technically complex MEP projects and will have a clear and direct route into an Estimating Manager position.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced estimator who wants to move beyond purely tendering and develop into a senior leadership role within a highly successful contractor.

The Role

• Prepare detailed and commercially competitive mechanical or electrical estimates.

• Take increasing responsibility with a clear pathway towards Estimating Manager.

About You

We are looking for an established Mechanical or Electrical Estimator with strong experience within an MEP contractor or specialist building services environment.

You will ideally have:

• Proven estimating experience in either mechanical or electrical building services.
• Experience pricing major and technically complex projects.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• The ambition to progress into management.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
