Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Estimator for a London-based role with a strong order book across the UK and Europe. This position offers a clear path toward Estimating Manager within a prestigious privately owned MEP contractor.

You will estimate major, technically complex MEP projects, liaise with clients and teams, and contribute to best-practice estimating processes while advancing toward senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and commercially competitive mechanical or electrical estimates.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes and tender documentation.
• Produce accurate pricing and tender submissions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Work closely with pre-construction, commercial, design and project teams.
• Identify commercial risks, opportunities and value-engineering solutions.
• Manage multiple tenders through to submission.
• Contribute to the development of estimating processes and best practice.
• Take increasing responsibility with a clear pathway towards Estimating Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Estimator who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You will be involved in estimating major, technically complex MEP projects and will have a clear and direct route into an Estimating Manager position.

The Role
