Job summary

Our client in the UK facilities management sector is seeking a maintenance professional to carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across M&E systems. You will diagnose faults, restore critical services, and monitor BMS to ensure optimal site performance.

Applicants should have 3+ years in a commercial M&E environment, strong knowledge of BMS, UPS, LV generators, HVAC and control circuits, and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent) or HND/HNC, in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience working within a commercial M&E environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS, UPS, LV generators, HVAC, and control circuits.
• Must hold a valid, clean UK driving licence.
