Infosys in the United Kingdom seeks an Engineering Lead (Technology Lead) to steer mechanical design for gas turbine components. You will lead aero engine design work, interfacing with stakeholders and guiding the product development lifecycle from concept to detailed design and validation.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure producibility and conformance to AS9145 where relevant, and deliver high-quality, manufacturable definitions and MB drawings.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive turbomachinery experience in gas turbine for power or aviation.
• Experience with CAD and PLM (Siemens NX, Teamcenter).
• Interest in mentoring junior/mid-level engineers.
• Strong and effective oral and written communication skills.

• Lead design and integration of aero engine components and assemblies.
• Develop high-quality design deliverables and MB definitions.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to meet FM objectives and producibility.
• Drive right-first-time, on-time delivery of planned design outputs.
