Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Systems Design Integrator to lead the integration of gas turbine engine systems across the product lifecycle. Qualifications

• Qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Gas Turbine Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in aerospace, gas turbine, propulsion or other highly regulated engineering environments.
• Strong systems engineering mindset and understanding of whole-product interactions.
• Understanding of component degradation, failure mechanisms and lifecycle considerations.
• Strong problem-solving, impact analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent technical communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of engine systems and subsystems to ensure performance and design integrity.
• Coordinate with Lifecycle Engineering, Stress Engineering, Product Development, Design Integration and Modification teams.
• Perform impact assessments and evaluate design changes on engine performance and safety.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations to Chief Engineers and senior stakeholders.
• Support design integration and modification activities throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical challenges.
• Provide technical leadership and clear communication across disciplines.
• Contribute to product-level approvals and governance processes.
