Qualifications

• Experience with gas turbine components and aerospace practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of mechanical design engineers.
• Own delivery governance for assigned work packages, including planning and risk management.
• Drive collaboration across design, analysis, manufacturing, product safety and supply chain.
• Integrate physical design solutions at module level and with data owners of non-physical data.
• Address fleet arisings and investigate root causes to improve safety and reliability.
• Deliver geometrical definitions and manufacturing instructions per customer procedures.
