Kier Design seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Building Services team in Liverpool or London. 40 hours per week; salary starting from £40,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and member of CIBSE or IET.
• Chartered Engineer or working towards becoming chartered.
• Proven experience in mechanical building services engineering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical design for large, complex construction projects from concept to construction.
• Ensure sustainable, compliant, and cost-effective design delivery.
• Lead mechanical design activities and coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and stakeholders.
• Provide high quality mechanical designs and specifications meeting client requirements.
• Support design meetings and establish solutions; ensure coordinated design through to project completion.
