The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, CIBSE/IET membership, and chartered status or progression toward it, plus proven experience and strong communication across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Member of CIBSE or IET.
• Chartered engineer or working towards.
• Proven experience in mechanical building services.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience applying quality procedures and document control in design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mechanical designs and specifications that align with client requirements.
• Provide expert technical advice in mechanical building services engineering.
• Support project design meetings to establish solutions and concepts.
• Ensure coordinated design solutions are delivered through to project completion.
