  • Support internal teams with planning and funding application inputs.
  • Assist in identifying design risks and contribute to risk mitigation strategies and update the design risk registers.

Team Development & Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior engineers for mentoring and guidance.
  • Participate in design workshops and CPD sessions.
  • Support knowledge-sharing within the team and adopt best practices.
  • Liaise with the design and project teams to ensure smooth progression into delivery.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Effectively communicate technical concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support senior team members in engaging with clients and external stakeholders.

Retrofit Strategy

  • Support internal teams and external clients in decarbonisation projects such as ReFit, PSDS, Warmer Homes, GHNF, and HNES.
  • Support the development of decarbonisation project planning for public and private sector clients, including local authorities, social housing associations, healthcare, and commercial organisations.
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments for low-carbon technologies such as heat pumps, district energy systems, HVAC, BMS, and solar PV, ensuring their viability and suitability.
