Job description

Join our Mechanical Design Team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-facing building services solutions. You'll design mechanical systems, lead surveys and assessments, collaborate with in-house teams, and support project delivery across sectors like commercial, education, residential, and healthcare.

Design & specify mechanical services (IES, AutoCAD, BIM)

Project manage, mentor junior staff & attend client meetings

Prepare SBEM, SAP calcs, O&M manuals, certifications

Work with local authorities, FTSE250 investors, PM firms & top architects on projects mainly in London with regional travel.
