Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services

Location: London (Office-based, 5 days/week)

Contract: 6-month rolling

g2 Recruitment is working with a leading building service consultancy in London seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to support ongoing commercial and residential building services projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mechanical design on a range of residential and commercial schemes
Produce and review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

Strong experience in mechanical building services design
Commercial and/or residential project background
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, IES, Hevacomp (or similar)
Solid understanding of UK building regulations and standards
