Phoenix Resourcing Services is seeking a Mechanical Day Shift Engineer for a premier Mayfair site. The role focuses on the maintenance of mechanical systems, with a mix of planned maintenance and reactive work on a prestigious commercial office building.

You will join a dedicated maintenance team, operate on a 4-on/6-on days pattern, earn £49,500 per year with overtime, and benefit from ongoing training, a supportive culture, and clear career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily PM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Attend and resolve emergency callouts in line with KPIs and SLAs.
• Maintain all mechanical plant and equipment to high standards.
• Carry out plumbing, pipework repairs, and minor fabric tasks as needed.
• Manage tools, materials, and parts for maintenance activities.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure work quality and compliance.
• Support the Lead Engineer and Account Manager with statutory compliance.
• Ensure maintenance schedules and operational targets are met.

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Mechanical Day Shift Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider at a prestigious commercial office site in the heart of Mayfair. Role Overview:
As a Mechanical Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and high-quality maintenance of all mechanical systems on-site. Working as part of a dedicated maintenance team, your responsibilities will cover both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair tasks across the facility.
