Are you a Mechanical Contracts Manager experienced in the Construction or Fit Out industry looking to progress your career for one of the countries most prestigious firms?

1. Management of an internal Mechanical Projects Delivery Team across a variety of Framework Contracts.
2. Managing mechanical contracts from tender stage through to completion.
3. Overseeing project planning, procurement, and cost control.
4. Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.

The Person

1. Experience in mechanical contracting or building services management.
2. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
