Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a talented Mechanical Building Services Engineer to support planned growth. You will manage a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks and inspections across client sites, ensuring reliability and compliance with SFG20.

Based in the Manchester area, you must be commutable to Manchester Airport and other sites. You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / HVAC, have hands-on experience with BMS controls and HVAC systems, UPS/standby power, lifts and

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing or HVAC.
• Experience with BMS Controls and HVAC systems.
• Experience with UPS, standby power, lifts, boilers.

Responsibilities

• Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks in accordance with SFG20.
• Perform inspections and routine maintenance daily, weekly, monthly and every six months.
• Deliver reliable service with pride in craftsmanship.

A further opportunity has just been created due to planned growth and expansion to recruit a talented, experienced and skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join this stable organisation.

Candidates applyng must be commutable to Manchester Airport, as much of your time will be here in addition to other customer sites as and when.

You will be responsible for completing a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks, Inspections and required to complete daily, weekly, monthly and 6 monthly PPM tasks adhering to SFG20 requirements.

Being a skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will be suitably qualified in either NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / HVAC or equivalent, experience with BMS Controls and HVAC systems, experience with UPS, standby power, lifts, boilers, and HVAC systems.
