Qualifications

• Minimum of a NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• 2 years Post Apprenticeship experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure servicing and repairs are carried out to a high standard.
• Perform cambelt, clutch, gearbox & engine repairs/replacements.
• Conduct in-depth electrical & mechanical diagnostics.

Our client, a reputable privately owned independent Used Car Centre in Evesham has the requirement for an experienced Mechanic / Vehicle Technician to join their established workshop team

Mechanic / Vehicle Technician Responsibilities

As a Mechanic / Vehicle Technician your responsibilities will include:

Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to a high standard
Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements (depending on skill level)
In depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics (depending on skill level)
Used Car Multi Point Checks and Rectification

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of a NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
2 years Post Apprenticeship experience
Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

Manufacturer or IMI Accreditations / Qualifications
MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7) If not you will be helped to qualify
