Job summary

Sofina Malton is hiring Production Operatives to join our busy production line. You’ll work to ensure our meat and seafood products meet high quality standards, with hands-on daily tasks.

This full-time role offers 12-hour shifts Monday to Wednesday 06:30–18:30, overtime available, and a competitive hourly rate of £12.75. You’ll develop practical skills and build a long-term career with a leading food company.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings for different products.
• Report faults in products / machinery to team leader.
• Processing meat products.
• Pack and label goods.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness procedures.
• Adhere to Health & Safety rules.
