Job&Talent is recruiting for a Factory Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Linton. You will play a key role in processing and packing meat products, ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

The shift is Monday to Friday, 5:30 pm to 2:00 am, with a long-term, full-time assignment. Own transport is essential due to site location CB21 4JD.

Qualifications

• Own transport is essential due to the site location in Linton (CB21 4JD).
• No formal qualifications are required for this role.
• Ability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.
• Previous experience in a temperature-controlled food manufacturing environment.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and pack fresh meat products, including pork.
• Mix ingredients according to production specifications.
• Label finished products to meet customer orders.
• Follow site procedures to ensure health, safety and food quality.
