Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking a Production Operative in our Meat Preparation team. You will work across mincing, bowl chopping, forming, packing and palletising to produce high-quality products that meet customer expectations, and you will help ensure safety, efficiency and quality.

This role offers training, development and the opportunity to contribute to a team focused on quality, food safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work across meat preparation processes including mincing, bowl chopping, forming, packing and palletising.
• Follow all company, site and legislative policies, procedures and standards.
• Maintain high standards of GMP through a clean-as-you-go approach.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and to the required standard.
• Set up mixing and bowl chopping equipment correctly and safely.
• Maintain species and allergen controls at all times.
• Monitor recipe adherence and minimise product giveaway.
• Carry out basic asset care activities as required.
• Support the delivery of quality, quantity, cost and production targets.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments.

Role Overview

As a Production Operative within our Meat Preparation team, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality products that meet customer expectations. Working across processes including mincing, bowl chopping, forming, packing and palletising, you'll help ensure production runs safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Duties

• Work across meat preparation processes including mincing, bowl chopping, forming, packing and palletising
