Job summary

Sentinel Group Security provides reliable relief officers and Meal Replacement Drivers/Facilities Operative roles across South Gloucestershire. You will deliver prepared meal replacement products to customers, ensuring on-time delivery in excellent condition while offering a courteous, professional service.

Shifts run Monday-Friday 10:30-14:00 and 17:00-19:30, with one weekend in five. You will load, deliver, complete documentation, maintain vehicles, and follow food safety, road safety, and

Qualifications

• Must have a Full UK driving licence.
• Enhanced DBS clearance required.
• Previous delivery/courier experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect, load and deliver meal replacement products to customers' homes or workplaces.
• Provide polite, professional customer service at all times.
• Accurately complete delivery documentation and use digital tracking systems.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and roadworthy and report issues promptly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations during handling and transport.
• Adhere to company policies, road safety and health & safety guidelines.
• Communicate delivery progress and issues with dispatch and operations.

About the Role

We are looking for reliable relief officers and customer-focused Meal Replacement Drivers/Facilities Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering prepared meal replacement products directly to customers across South Gloucestershire. You will ensure orders are delivered on time, in excellent condition, while providing a professional and friendly service.

Shifts of Work

Monday-Friday 10:30-14:00

Monday-Friday 17:00-19:30

1 weekend in 5 may also be required

Key Responsibilities

• Safely collect, load, and deliver meal replacement products to customers’ homes, workplaces, or designated collection points.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a polite and professional manner at all times.
• Accurately handle delivery documentation and digital systems (e.g. scanning parcels, recording deliveries).
• Maintain delivery vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition, reporting any issues promptly.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations when handling and transporting products.
• Adhere to company policies, road safety laws, and health & safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams regarding delivery progress or issues.
