Job summary

PlanetRecruitment is seeking reliable Vehicle Delivery Drivers to move cars across the UK. The role is flexible/ad-hoc with no guaranteed hours, suitable for candidates who can work on a per-assignment basis. You will deliver vehicles to customers or dealers and return to base by train when needed.

You will use a Samsung tablet to log job details, complete handovers, and ensure high standards of customer service. A full UK manual driving licence and 2+ years of driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK manual driving licence.
• At least 2 years driving experience.
• Flexible/ad-hoc availability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver vehicles across the UK.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for reliable and confident Vehicle Delivery Drivers to support a well-established automotive business with vehicle movements across the UK.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible work, as assignments are offered on an ad-hoc basis depending on business demand. You could be delivering vehicles to customers, dealerships or other locations and then making your own way back to base by train.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving and delivering vehicles to locations across the UK
• Collecting vehicles and returning them to the required destination
• Completing vehicle handovers and basic demonstrations
• Using a company-provided Samsung tablet to record job informationli>
• Following all relevant driving, safety and company procedures
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
• Ensuring vehicles are handled responsibly throughout each assignment

What We're Looking For

• A full, clean UK manual driving licence
• At least 2 years' driving experience
• Comfortable driving both manual and automatic vehicles
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Confident using tablets and basic digital systems
• Reliable and flexible with your availability
• Able to accept assignments at short notice
• Professional attitude and good attention to detail
