Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Clinical Psychologist to deliver group and individual psychological interventions within the ADAPT service. You will conduct assessments and contribute to treatment plans across adults with anxiety, depression, affective disorders, personality and trauma issues.

The role involves MDT collaboration, report writing, and regular supervision to maintain clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with personality disorder in secondary mental health care.
• Ability to facilitate groups in a clinical setting.
• Experience working within an MDT and contributing to multidisciplinary care.
• Experience in research or service improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual psychological interventions.
• Conduct psychological assessments and contribute to treatment planning.
• Attend and participate in MDT meetings and supervision.
• Maintain thorough notes and generate client reports.
