Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust in Bicester is recruiting a qualified Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Mental Health Team. You will assess adults 18-65, develop recovery-focused treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions within an MDT, including families and carers.

You will work under supportive leadership, access regular supervision, and have opportunities to develop senior clinical and leadership skills while contributing to person-centred care and innovative care

Qualifications

• Professional qualification (degree or equivalent) and current valid professional registration.
• Evidence of continuing professional development since qualification.

Responsibilities

• Work as an autonomous practitioner in MDT assessments with service users and families.
• Develop treatment plans with service users to promote safety, well-being and independence.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions following NICE guidelines across settings.
