Job summary

Harvey Nash Group in Bracknell is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Master Data Management to join a major data transformation programme. You will bridge business requirements and technical delivery, working with stakeholders and Data Specialists.

Key duties include gathering data requirements, supporting MDM initiatives, data quality and governance, data mapping, and collaboration with Data Architects and technical teams. Automotive industry experience is desirable.

• Proven experience with Master Data Management / master data.
• Strong data quality and data governance knowledge.

Business Analyst - MDM

Location: Bracknell - 3 days onsite

Rate: £590 per day, Inside IR35

Duration: 6 months

Contract: Contract

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Master Data Management (MDM) experience to join a major data transformation programme.

The organisation is moving from fragmented data across multiple business systems towards a Master Data Management solution that provides a single version of the truth.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, Data Specialists and Data Architects, acting as the link between business requirements and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and data requirements
• Support the delivery of MDM initiatives
• Analyse data processes, flows and requirements
• Support data quality and data governance
• Carry out data mapping and business process analysis
• Work closely with Data Architects and technical teams
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable data requirements
• Manage and engage with stakeholders across the business

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong Business Analyst experience within MDM/data transformation projects
• Proven experience with Master Data Management / master data
