Job summary

The Vinarchy Group is seeking a Master Data & Data Governance Analyst to improve the quality, consistency, governance, and accessibility of enterprise data across the business.

You will support MDM processes, maintain data quality standards, and partner with stakeholders to establish trusted, governed, AI-ready data assets across Customer, Product, Supplier, Finance and Organisational data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Data Governance, MDM, or related roles in manufacturing/sales.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and principles.
• Experience with ERP/CRM master data management.
• Experience resolving data quality issues and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to document processes, standards, and data definitions.
• Experience handling large data volumes with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer master data across the business.
• Support creation and maintenance of Golden Records.
• Monitor data quality; identify duplicates and inconsistencies.
• Coordinate master data changes and retirement processes.
• Support data harmonisation across platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data processes.
• Run MDM data tasks aligned with SLAs.
• Contribute to governance forums and data dictionaries.
• Resolve data-related issues with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate data management tasks.
