Job summary

Rotork is seeking an experienced MDM Analyst to join the growing Master Data Management team. You will ensure accuracy and consistency of Customer and Supplier master data across global systems, collaborating with stakeholders and an offshore partner to implement best practices.

You will manage data requests, support data quality initiatives, and help onboard new requesters while helping document MDM processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for our offshore master data maintenance team.
• Manage and coordinate Customer and Supplier master data requests, ensuring governance standards and service levels.
• Review, triage, and process data requests with guidance on the appropriate action.
• Support data quality initiatives through validation, cleansing and continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve master data issues with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Train and onboard new master data requesters and approvers.
• Contribute to development and documentation of MDM processes, standards, and controls.
