Job summary

Rotork is seeking an MDM Analyst on a fixed-term basis to maintain Finance and Product master data across ERP systems. You will ensure data quality, governance compliance and data integrity while supporting a new global function.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage data requests, and help shape processes for master data governance. This FTC role offers exposure to a growing MDM team and international systems.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, master data, or business process administration is advantageous.
• A proactive approach and enthusiasm for helping shape a new function.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process master data requests in line with SLAs and governance controls.
• Review and triage requests, ensuring correct actions are taken.
• Maintain Finance and Enterprise Structure master data across business systems.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support data quality initiatives, process improvements, and data cleansing activities.
• Train and support master data requesters and approvers.
• Document and continuously improve MDM processes and standards.
