Job summary

tml Partners is seeking a hands-on, commercially sharp Managing Director UKI to lead and grow the UK and Ireland operation. You will own full P&L, drive profitable growth across B2G, B2B and B2C, and integrate acquisitions into a high-performing model.

You will modernise operations, pricing and technology, while leading customer-facing teams across multiple sites. Collaborate with the Group CEO to shape the wider strategy and accelerate transformation.
