Job summary

Datatonic seeks a Head of Delivery for the UKI region to drive growth through successful, high-quality delivery and measurable value. You will lead Delivery Leads, own end-to-end delivery from design to value realisation, and partner with commercial and tech leaders for profitable expansion.

You will oversee complex data and AI programs, manage multi-team delivery, and maintain C-suite relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting or programme management within a professional services firm.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Deep understanding of financial modeling for professional services, including gross margin and utilization.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP, Prince2 or advanced Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM II) is preferred.
